HQCC opened its Mission Centre at Hijrat Colony a slum in Karachi province Sindh, Pakistan on 27 October 2024. It is located in the eastern part of the city. Approximately 100-150 Christian families are living in Hijrat Colony. In addition, 130-150 Christian families are residing in neighbourhoods.

Most of people are working on daily wages in factories and construction sector daily earning is very low.

The aim of starting this project is to provide sewing skills to female students (House wives, young girls). After learning these skills, the women will be able to earn respectfully and support themselves and their families. Pastor Shahzad Charles also provides bible classes to participants.
